MARELLI, one of the world’s leading independent automotive suppliers, has chosen Celada Group, a European leader in the sale of machine tools, to carry out some of its machining operations in the powertrain sector.
Celada is one of MARELLI’s new suppliers within the Powertrain sector, the division dedicated to the production of components for engines and gearboxes for cars, motorbikes and light commercial vehicles.
The Celada Group’s mission lies in its daily quest to find the technology best suited to the customer’s needs, capable of ensuring high performance and competitive advantages. With this in mind, it has selected the Sodick AD35L model for MARELLI: a machine tool characterised by exceptional levels of precision and efficiency, which is particularly highly regarded in the automotive industry.
Celada Group was the first Italian company in the sector to collaborate with manufacturers of technologically advanced Japanese machine tools.
