Halter Load Assistant is a robotic system for automatic loading of small/medium sized batches. It is compatible with all new or existing CNC machining centres and lathes and provides increased productivity without the need for an additional operator.
It is compact and ergonomic and meets even the highest quality standards, contributing to increased company profits even with small series.
Setup takes less than 5 minutes and no experience with robotic systems is needed to be able to use it.
Halter Load Assistant is the family of robotic automation systems for the automatic loading and unloading of CNC lathes and machining centres, available in the Universal, TurnStacker and MillStacker configurations. The series spans payloads from 12 kg (Compact) to 25/35 kg (Premium) up to 35/70 kg (Big), with turnable diameter growing from 135-160 mm on the Compact models to 230 mm on the Premium and 300 mm on the Big; on the milling side, the MillStacker handles parts up to 200 mm on the Compact version and 280 mm on the Premium. Each cell can connect up to 4 CNC machines, with changeover times under 5 minutes thanks to the HALTER SmartControl with Siemens PLC and the FANUC 6-axis robot arm. Modular and quick to integrate, the Load Assistant family lets you scale automation from a single compact lathe up to multi-machine cells for unattended production.
