Neway HP

The HP125US five-axis horizontal machining centre is suited to machining box-type components. It allows precision machining of five faces on complex parts in a single setup, cutting the ancillary times spent loading and unloading parts, changing tools and setting up. This improves part machining accuracy and production efficiency. The machine is suited to medium and small batches of different components. It is used in general mechanical engineering, aerospace, marine, automotive, energy, precision moulds, medical equipment and other sectors.

Machine structure: built around a column structure with a T-shaped rear tower bed, the machine performs simultaneous five-axis movement through:
– cross table travel (X axis)
– table travel (Y axis)
– vertical movement of the spindle head (Z axis)
– table rotation (C axis)
– 45° angular rotation (B axis)

The design embodies ergonomic principles, delivering a high-performance, efficient and high-speed CNC machine tool.

The Neway HP series is a high-speed 5-axis CNC milling machine with a cradle rotary table and a tilting head, designed to machine in one setup the complex parts that would otherwise need several machines. The HP125US size provides travels of 1,400 mm (X), 1,250 mm (Y) and 1,050 mm (Z), with a Ø1,250 x 1,100 mm table rated up to 2,500 kg; the workpiece can reach Ø1,250 mm by 1,600 mm in height. The head swivels from -30° to +180° and the table turns a full circle. The HSK-A100 motor spindle delivers 48 kW continuous and 71 kW peak, with up to 452 Nm of torque and speeds up to 12,000 rpm; the axes move at 60 m/min in rapid and the magazine holds 60 tools. Typical applications: aerospace, energy, dies and moulds, precision engineering on articulated parts.
