TMW – Takahashi L2-P-2NCL

The TMW – Takahashi Microstar L2-P-2NCL is a CNC lathe in gang-type configuration, with tools aligned on a single slide to minimise positioning times. The built-in spindle reaches 8,000 rpm at 1.5 kW continuous power, while travels of 220 mm on X and 180 mm on Z and rapid feeds up to 16 m/min keep cycles short. It machines parts with a turning diameter up to 100 mm, on a chuck set up for 4-inch jaws. At 1,600 kg and with a footprint of 1,760 x 1,295 mm, it is built for series production in shops with cycle automation requirements.
