The new AH series presents three models that differ mainly by the large capacity of the spindle hole with bar passage from dia.153 up to dia.306.
Each series AH06, AH09 and AH12 has 3 dimensions as machinable lengths from 1.000 up to 3.200mm and all of them can be motorized.
The structural solidity of the machines and the performances provided, make the AH series extremely effective in the valve, aeronautical, automotive, transport, earthmoving, motorcycle, naval, moulds, hydraulics and components sectors.
The supporting structure has been designed and manufactured with a single block in “meehanite” cast iron, which gives the AH series lathes exceptional rigidity.
The You Ji AH series brings together heavy-duty horizontal lathes designed for the oil-country sector and large through-bores. With a Ø950 mm swing diameter and turning diameter up to Ø900 mm (Ø800 mm on the M version), the three models AH06, AH09 and AH12 cover increasing turning lengths of 1000, 2100 and 3200 mm, with bar diameter growing from Ø153 mm on the AH06 to Ø205-232 mm on the AH09 and up to Ø306 mm on the AH12. The spindle delivers 37/45 kW across the range, with speeds decreasing as size increases (1-1200 rpm on the AH06, 1-600 on the AH09, 1-400 on the AH12) and torque of 3154 lb-ft (~4276 Nm) at 100 rpm; the spindle nose is A2-15 on the AH06 and AH09, A2-20 on the AH12. A 12-station turret (BMT75 on the M versions) and Fanuc 0iTF control complete every model.
