You Ji HMC

The HMC series of horizontal machining centres, with or without pallet changer, meets a wide range of machining requirements thanks to the technological solutions adopted. The complete range is produced in 8 models (from 500 to 2600 mm table) in different versions, to cover the various application requirements, and can be customised from time to time to meet customer needs.

In particular, the structural strength of the table and spindle line make the HMC series extremely effective both in general mechanical applications, characterised by high stock removal, and in medium and high production applications, with finishing and superfinishing on different types of steel, from the toughest to the most alloyed.

The You Ji HMC series gathers horizontal machining centres scaling from the HMC500 to the HMC2500, designed for four-side milling thanks to a standard B-axis rotary table. Travels run from 800 to 3,400 mm in X, 750 to 1,800 mm in Y and 800 to 2,000 mm in Z, with a 600-700 mm W quill on models from the HMC1000 up. Pallets span 500 x 500 mm up to 2,600 x 2,200 mm and take parts from 500 to 15,000 kg. The spindle, with BT-50 taper, reaches 8,000 rpm on the smaller sizes and offers power from 15/18.5 kW up to 30/37 kW on the larger models. The arm-type magazine starts at 40 tools and rises to 120 optionally, for complex cycles and unattended production.
