The Jingdiao GRU series brings together six 5-axis CNC machining centers with rotary table – GRU50, GRU100, GRU200, GRU300, GRU400T and GRU500 – designed to cover a wide range of sizes and precision levels. Travels grow progressively from 235 x 210 x 175 mm on the GRU50 up to 550 x 770 x 450 mm on the GRU500, while the rotary table goes from Ø110 to Ø500 mm and load capacity from 10 to 300 kg. High-speed spindles reach 36,000 rpm on the most compact models and step down to 15,000-20,000 rpm on the larger formats, where a torque of 21.5 Nm comes into play. Tool magazines range from 14 to 63 pockets and every model runs the proprietary JD50 control with SurfMill CAM. This range makes it possible to choose, within the same series, the most suitable machine based on workpiece size and required precision.
