The Jingdiao MRU600 is a 5-axis high-speed CNC machining center from the ‘composite’ series (milling, grinding, drilling, boring and tapping), built on a moving-beam gantry structure. The linear-axis travels measure 650 x 660 x 500 mm, while the dual-axis cradle rotary table (Ø630 mm, 400 kg load capacity) swivels on A from -120° to +90° and rotates on C through 360° for access to complex geometries in a single setup. The high-speed spindle reaches 15,000-20,000 rpm with an HSK-A50 or HSK-A63 taper, the chain-type magazine holds 51 or 63 tools, and the proprietary JD50 control with SurfMill CAM drives all five axes with a positioning accuracy of 0.003 mm. On-machine measurement ensures high-quality finishes on hard and brittle materials.
