You Ji HBM

HBM’s YOU JI milling and boring centres have been designed and developed to meet the growing demand for complex machining operations. It is a product range designed for large workpieces and materials that are difficult to cut.

The complete range is produced in 4 models (from 2 to 4 m longitudinal stroke) in different versions to cover different application needs and can be customised from time to time to meet customer requirements.

The You Ji HBM130 is a table-type horizontal boring-milling machine built around a 130 mm boring spindle for roughing and finishing on large, heavy parts. With travels of 3,000 mm in X (4,000 mm optional), 1,800 mm in Y (up to 2,800 mm optional) and 1,600 mm in Z, plus a 750 mm W quill, it covers a substantial working envelope. The rotary table (from 1,800 x 1,800 to 1,800 x 2,200 mm) supports loads up to 12,000 kg and turns at 2 rpm for angular positioning. The spindle, with BT-50 taper, reaches 2,500 rpm; US dealers report around 44.7 kW (60 HP) with about 1,969 Nm of torque. A machine for heavy steel fabrications, bases and large-format components.
